Work we can show you.

Some studios pad this page. We label it instead: what's live in production, what's internal tooling, and what's a hand-coded concept built to demonstrate capability. You'll always know which is which.

The Odins3 Platform.

AI website builder · SaaS · built & operated by the studio

The clearest proof we can offer: a production SaaS we built for ourselves and run every day. Authentication with Google and credentials, Stripe subscription billing, S3 media pipelines, a full transactional-email system on Mailgun with templates, queues and analytics, a community with posts and uploads, and LLM-powered SEO reporting on the Anthropic API.

It’s the unglamorous stuff that makes software real — webhook retries, email deliverability, role-based admin, database migrations — running in production, on the pager, under our own name. Ask for a live demo and we’ll walk you through it.

odins3.com · design system + engineering

The site you’re reading is our own best case study: a hand-rolled editorial design system — no templates, no UI kit — with light and dark themes resolved in pure CSS, glass surfaces budgeted for performance, and every mockup on it drawn in code, not Figma exports.

It ships with the same standards we sell: server-rendered pages, a Lighthouse-100 target, structured data, and accessibility down to the focus rings. Open the devtools — that’s the audit we invite on every project.

Internal tooling

SEO & competitor tooling.

Crawlers, analyzers, report generators

Behind the platform sits a set of internal tools we built to answer real questions: site crawlers that audit structure and metadata, an LLM-assisted SEO analyzer that turns raw crawl data into prioritized recommendations, and competitor ad-spend analysis reports.

They run in production against real customer sites — the same discipline we bring to client automation work: queues, rate limits, caching, and honest error states when a target site fights back.

Capability build

Federal capability build.

Section 508 patterns · RFI intake · compliance posture

Our government practice is new and we say so plainly — UEI and CAGE registrations are in progress, and we haven’t billed a federal contract yet. What exists today is the engineering: Section 508-first component patterns, a structured RFI intake pipeline, and a compliance posture documented before the first opportunity, not after.

For contracting officers, the commercial past performance above is the evidence: a small business that designs, builds, and operates production systems end to end.

Concept

«Nord» — private banking, on iOS.

SwiftUI concept · fintech-grade patterns

A hand-built iOS banking concept — portfolio views, transaction reconciliation, biometric auth flows — written to demonstrate how we handle fintech-grade UI: dense data, absolute clarity, zero jank.

It’s a studio concept, labeled as such everywhere it appears. No invented client, no invented numbers — just working SwiftUI you can scrub through on the home page.

«Ravn» — an ops agent that does the work.

LLM agent concept · raven on your shoulder, hands on your APIs

A voice-and-chat agent concept for operations teams: reconcile payouts, flag anomalies, take approved actions against real APIs. The architecture is the point — tool-calling with guardrails, an eval harness, and full traces — the same shape as the LLM features we run in production inside our own platform.

We build agents that survive contact with production, and we’re happy to show you the eval suite before you commit to anything.
